  • 95% of Celticís workforce are directly employed and all are paid on a weekly basis. We have never had the problem of providing enough resources to meet project deadlines.

  • Practices. For example all drilling and noisy/intrusive works were carried out outside normal working hours by adapting our working shift patterns so as to minimise the cost.

  • Policy and practice is not just to conform to the current Health & Safety legislation and guidelines on safe working practices, but to exceed and develop our policies and practice to provide the safest possible environment for all our operatives and anyone associated with our operations.
