We have a zero tolerance for accidents and safety is paramount to our Day to Day business. All our managers and operatives receive the latest and up to date training offered within the construction industry.  All our managers have a minimum of SMSTS certificates. Site inductions are mandatory on all our sites and safety issues are reviewed regularly. We employ an independent Health & Safety consultant to support our full time in house Health and Safety Managers..

A job is well done only if its done safely.

Provide the necessary information, instruction and training to employees and others, including temporary employees to ensure their competence with respect to health & safety.

Devote the necessary resources in the form of finance, equipment, personnel and time to ensure health and safety of Employees. Expert help will be sought where the necessary skills are not within the company.

Liase and work with all the necessary persons to ensure health and safety, and will also ensure that the adequate arrangements are also in place for ensuring the health and safety of visitors.

The Director will annually review the Health and Safeyy policy for continued suitability.

The Director will review, sign and date the Health & Safety Statement annually, and bring it to the attention of all Employees.

Employees will have specific duties and responsibilities to comply with the letter and spirit of the policy. Employees have specific responsibilities to take reasonable care of themselves and others that could be their activities and to co-operate to achieve the standards required.
