Project Summary : The job at present is in its second phase, we have completed phase one successfully - this consisted of Milton levels 1 and 2 also Linklaters Restaurant inclusive of cladding the internal Atrium, logistically the Project is extremely difficult where access and movement of materials have to be kept under a tight reigns due to a majority of the building being occupied. Our Design portion was standard, we produced working drawings also as built’s for phase one. We used a majority of our own labour to complete phase one – we only had to use two Sub Contractors Soltech Ceilings for the Circular Fabric Ceilings also Coopers Fire for the Fire Shutters. The ceiling was a Bespoked system from SAS that we designed and delivered on time.
