Monitoring and reviewing company policies, Florin supervises and coordinates work systems to ensure that the services of the company meet the highest quality standards and that the working conditions of the company are favourable and safe.

As a Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems Manager at Celtic, Florin is responsible for leading in the development and implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems as part of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements, international standards, and Celtic Contractors Ltd strategic needs.
