8 Bishopsgate is a 50-floor building project by Stanhope and Mitsubishi. The Project is led by Lendlease, consisting of a brand-new building that was started in March 2019 and on course to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating
Celtic first started 8 Bishopsgate on 10 March 2021 on level 3 building various mock-ups of ceiling options that could be offered to potential clients. Our scope of works undertaken on the Project is the Cat A fitout of levels 2 to 47, consisting of MF plasterboard perimeter margins and SAS 330 independent raft ceilings. Over the past 21 months we have worked our way up the building, handing over floors to the client and are now on the final last floors; 25,47, 2 and 3. All should be completed by February 2023
